24 – Port Analog Telephony Card

The 24-port FXS Analog Card supports up to 24 connections per card in the Asterisk system. The modular nature of the cards allows you to mix and match between line (FXO) and station (FXS) interfaces, giving the exact port configuration required.

FXS is the ‘Foreign eXchange Subscriber’ interface (the plug on the wall) delivers analog telephony services to your home by local phone companies through a circuit consisting of two copper wires; connected to the subscriber equipment (telephones, modems, and fax machines).
